Molek Regency | Warm Minimalism and Integrated Light

This condominium project at Molek Regency is designed to maximize comfort and visual warmth using a minimal aesthetic, strategic lighting, and a cohesive material palette that flows seamlessly between the main spaces.

Entrance & Kitchen: Cohesive Flow and Subtle Focal Points

The entrance is marked by a minimal foyer cabinet strategically placed between the dining and living areas. This cabinet features hanging wood-colored drawers and a solid color back panel, perfect for key storage or display, and is illuminated by LED strips. A glass panel on the right side provides visual security toward the entrance and acts as a seamless spatial transition.

In the dining area, a four-seater dining table paired with a brown pendant light adds a warm, inviting feeling that complements the kitchen backsplash. The kitchen itself maintains a clean, neat appearance with solid cream-colored bottom cabinets and a quartz tabletop. The focal attraction is the light brown subway tiles used as a backsplash, which softens the kitchen environment to be calming and inviting. Sufficient storage and shelving are incorporated to keep cooking utensils organized and the workspace functional.

Living: Modernity and Personalized Storage

The living area is completed with a grounded TV console and a hanging featured wall. LED strips on the featured wall create a modern, minimal feeling and improve visual clarity. A unique feature is the custom-built TV console, which includes a rectangular sunken platform on the top part, suitable for storing small items or decorations. A comfy sofa near the window area adds a cozy and personal touch, seamlessly fitting into the space.
