This Double Storey Cluster in Eco Rose is defined by a commitment to refined minimalism throughout every space. The project’s success lies in its sophisticated, warm, and neutral color palette which creates a calm, timeless, and inviting atmosphere perfectly suited for modern family living.
Foyer & Living: Seamless Transition and Depth
In the foyer, consistent tones across walls and cabinetry immediately elevate the sense of welcoming. This leads seamlessly into the living space, where a plush, low-profile sofa ensures the seating zone is both cozy and elegant. The combination of natural wood and matte cream creates visual depth and space flexibility. Functionality is integrated into the design via the suspended TV console and feature wall, which includes a subtle pocket shelving unit on the left to add purpose without compromising the clean aesthetic.
Dining & Display Rack: Optimized Space
The dining area is expertly optimized for space and aesthetics. A round dining table maximizes usable area, perfectly complementing the full-height wine display rack. This vertical display offers an illusion of increased ceiling height and airiness, with built-in LED strips illuminating the collection to enhance the visual appeal of the dining space.
Thoughtful space optimization is also implemented below the staircase area, where a custom-built storage unit with integrated bench seating transforms the void into a purposeful, functional space for daily use and additional storage.
Kitchen: Modern Clarity and Efficiency
The kitchen is designed as a highly efficient and visually pleasing workspace. Light cream color is used as the main tone for the cabinetry, subtly highlighting the modern and minimalist look. The space is fully equipped with basic cooking tools, a mini wine chiller, and ample storage. A large window is essential here, providing excellent ventilation and naturally illuminating the space, which is crucial for efficient food preparation.
Master Bedroom: Multifunctional Serenity
The master bedroom embodies minimal elements to define a space of calm and warmth. A key functional design is the attached TV panel to the existing wall, which cleverly acts as a multifunctional separator between the sleeping area, the wardrobe, and the bathroom. A full-height wardrobe, side cabinet, and dresser are strategically placed within a triangular anchor point from the bathroom, ensuring natural circulation and preventing overcrowding. A corner shelf at the dresser area fits perfectly, supporting practicality while maintaining the room’s spacious feel.
Secondary Bedrooms: Consistency and Comfort
Consistency in the natural wood and light cream color palette strengthens the concept across all bedrooms. Clean-lined furniture is curated to utilize space wisely while providing necessary storage, anchoring a comfortable and modern aesthetic ideal for tropical living.
