This condominium project at Eco Nest emphasizes a design philosophy built on light and warm wood tones to evoke a feeling of home and comfort throughout the apartment. The design excels in creating highly functional zones through integrated cabinetry and cohesive material use, all while maximizing visual space.
Foyer, Kitchen & Dining: Seamless Storage and Flow
The apartment’s functional design begins at the foyer with a suspended shoe cabinet and subtle underneath LED lighting, maximizing the visual sense of airiness and practicality. A crucial element is the full-height storage cabinet that runs seamlessly along the wall, connecting the foyer to the kitchen and dining area. This provides ample, centralized storage, key for decluttering an apartment.

In the kitchen and dining area, a distinctive wood-finished ceiling creates a sense of warmth and continuity, laying across the space from the kitchen to the living room. The kitchen is strategically curated for efficient workflow, featuring a bar counter, a large countertop integrated with a washing machine compartment, and a full-height fridge cabinet. The light cream and wood color combination, contrasted by a grey tile backsplash, maintains a balanced aesthetic. A well-proportioned dining table is centrally located, acting as a soft separator between the kitchen and living areas, allowing continuous open communication between all zones.
Living: Cozy Textures and Natural Light
The living space is anchored by a grounded console and a hanging TV feature wall, both enhanced with LED strips for a lively, cozy feel. The feature wall uses a grey concrete texture that harmonizes with the SPC flooring, softening the visual aesthetic. Green plants and drapery white curtains contribute to a sense of inviting freshness, creating a space that encourages relaxation.

Master & General Bedrooms: Serenity and Smart Zoning
Consistency in the color tone is maintained across all bedroom interiors, focusing on simplicity and smart, space-saving layouts. Minimal furniture achieves a goal of no visual clutter, ensuring the spaces feel open, peaceful, and conducive to rest.

In the master bedroom, a see-through glass partition is a feature that allows natural light to effortlessly enlighten the bathroom. The full-height bedhead with an attached side table in natural wood adds coziness. A pocket space for a piano caters to the owner’s personality, creating an escape room. Study tables—essential in every room—feature wood and grey tabletops that promote mental clarity. Maximizing every corner is evident through integrated shelving and pocket storage, with layered lighting (spotlights and task lights) offering perfect illumination for specific activities.
