This Double Storey Terrace in Eco Botanic Tate Alton is defined by a consistent use of cream tones and minimal design, creating an interior environment that is universally soft, calm, and highly inviting. The design emphasizes natural light, clear sightlines, and practical storage solutions.
Foyer & Living: Aesthetic Clarity
The interior environment begins with a warm welcome, featuring a half-height storage cabinet in a soft cream laminate with a durable tabletop. This blend of materials creates an immediately inviting mood. In the living area, a minimal console design enhances the soft and calm ambiance. The hanging TV panel promotes a built-in look and supports space decluttering. LED strips on the ceiling highlight the area, contributing a modern and aesthetic touch. The space is expertly curated to support large family or friends gatherings with comfortable seating. Drapery of day and night curtains offers full light control, providing better visual clarity throughout the day.
Dining & Dry Kitchen: Balanced Flow
The dining area is anchored by a round dining table and a sculptural pendant light, improving the area’s inviting vibe. The open layout with the dry kitchen creates better circulation flow and clear visual visibility. The dry kitchen features a bar counter that offers a small, casual gathering spot for drinks or snacking. Vertical storage units on both sides of the dry kitchen create a balanced visual design and maximize storage to avoid overcrowding. Open shelves with integrated LED strips offer a space for decoration and easy access.
Wet Kitchen: Spacious Efficiency
A glass aluminum door thoughtfully separates the wet kitchen from the dry kitchen. The use of soft cream color for both top and bottom cabinetry enhances the kitchen’s spacious and airy feel. Ample storage promotes an organized and decluttered work station, with a complete array of cooking utensils ensuring a smooth workflow for cooking and food preparation.
Master Bedroom: Textural Comfort
The master bedroom concept consistently uses a soft cream tone to maintain a minimal and inviting ambiance. Soft fabric in light beige shades enhances comfort and contributes to a serene mood, while a texture rug adds space volume and tactile richness. Large windows flood the space with natural daylight, elegantly softened and filtered by sheer curtains. The layered lighting system creates a comforting and dimmable atmosphere ideal for rest.
A dedicated dressing table is strategically located near the window for optimal lighting. The full-height wardrobe features a minimal recess handle design, improving visual aesthetic and contributing to a tidy, modern appearance.
Kids Room: Minimal Utility
The kids’ room utilizes minimal furniture to allow for better circulation flow within the limited space. A full-height wardrobe with open display shelves is proposed to enhance the room’s appeal, making it more attractive and liveable while providing essential storage.
