Sky Condo, Kuala Lumpur | Classic Modernity and Urban Flow

This condominium project at Sky Condo in Kuala Lumpur balances modern efficiency with classic elegance. The design successfully integrates dark wood tones and soft textures with an open layout, creating a sophisticated yet inviting urban home.

Living & Foyer: Classy Ambience and Warmth

The interior immediately presents a mixture of modern and classic elements. A grey textured wall paint establishes a classy, ‘home’ ambiance. This is complemented by a dark wood laminate as a secondary color, which softens the modern touch, making the space more inviting and grounded. The open concept linking the main spaces allows for excellent circulation flow and improves visual clarity throughout the day and night.

Kitchen: Zoned Efficiency and Classic Detail

The cooking areas are clearly defined, with the dry and wet kitchens separated by a classic framed aluminum glass door.

The wet kitchen leans into the classic influence, featuring a backing designed with rectangular and flower mosaic tiles that promote detailing and clarity. In place of bulky overhead furniture, overhead shelving is used to maintain a clean and neat ambience. The dry kitchen area is a multi-functional zone, sharing space with the laundry area. It features a minimal bottom cabinet equipped with a sink and fridge, allowing minor kitchen work to be done efficiently. To maximize the dry kitchen area, a bar counter is strategically located opposite the natural light source, offering the owner a small, relaxing spot.
