The design emphasizes seamless transitions, sophisticated lighting, and highly efficient spatial planning tailored for contemporary daily living.
Foyer & Living: Visual Flow and Architectural Lighting
The entrance is immediately welcoming, featuring a small, dedicated shoe storage unit in a blend of white and wood finishes. A white marble-like back panel with a gold wall light elevates the look to be more luxurious.
Upon entering the main interior, a modern luxury vibe is palpable. The living area is illuminated by a modern ceiling design with integrated cove and magnetic track lighting. The main feature is the marble texture feature wall, which blends seamlessly with a wood-colored fluted panel. Crucially, LED strips are integrated into this panel to create a volumetric effect and a modern touch. This feature wall extends along the dining area to ensure a seamless space transition. On the opposite side, a floating foyer console attached to a glass display cabinet adds visual interest without overcrowding.
Dining & Dry Kitchen: Cohesive Elegance
The dining area is curated for elegance, featuring a six-seater round table and a sophisticated backdrop. The marble-texture feature wall continues here, enhanced by LED strips. A dramatic chandelier in the center acts as a statement piece, evenly lighting the space. Protruding rectangular shelves on the feature wall highlight decor items and create a visual volume separation effect.
The dry kitchen cabinet, conveniently located near the dining table, offers easy storage and decluttering. The consistent material usage maintains a cohesive connection between the spaces. For the wet kitchen, the owner requested a dark mood that still portrays a modern ambiance. The wood texture remains consistent, while a grey solid laminate is introduced for the cabinet finishes. The design is exclusive and highly practical, with detailed carpentry providing ample storage. Smart space utilization is evident with the inclusion of a built-in fridge and laundry cabinet integrated seamlessly into the design. A dark-tone tabletop and backsplash enhance the effect of the integrated LED strips, ensuring a visually comfortable and efficient working environment.
Master Bedroom: Customized Tranquility
The master bedroom is dominated by neutral tones to create a calm and cozy environment. The design features a custom L-shaped floating desk with integrated drawers, promoting clean lines and space efficiency.
