Estuari Puteri Harbour | Tropical Modernism and Vibrant Functionality

This Double Storey Terrace in Estuari Puteri Harbour is conceived as a harmonious blend of modern design and warm, tropical character. The design emphasizes efficiency, visual lightness, and thoughtful zoning, most notably through its dedicated collaborative study space and vibrant kitchen area.

Foyer Cabinet & Living: Visual Harmony

The entrance begins with a hanging shoe cabinet in a light wood texture, immediately offering organization and a visually soothing welcome. This tone continues into the living area with a suspended minimal console that features a mix of solid color and wood texture laminate. The console’s compartments vary in height and length, creating both design volume and aesthetic impression. A side storage cabinet with a glass door enhances the inviting, livable atmosphere, providing ample storage solution while keeping the space uncluttered. Vertical groove lines on the back panel evoke a harmonious flow and balance throughout the room.

Dining & Staircase: Optimized Leisure

In the dining area, a six-seater table is centrally located with an art frame backdrop, blending the modern design seamlessly with the tropical warmth. Space under the staircase is creatively utilized as a coffee nook, equipped with bottom cabinetry and shelving. A seamless platform deck is designed here, making good use of the available space without overcrowding and maintaining efficient traffic flow. This decking is given a floating effect highlighted by LED strips underneath.

Kitchen: Pop of Color and Cleanliness

The kitchen space makes a bold statement with a pop of yellow color at the work station counter. The deliberate repetition of this vibrant color promotes a livable and inviting atmosphere, embodying the essence of modern living. To complement the beige and yellow solid laminate, we proposed geometrical tiles as a backsplash. The spacious and organized kitchen layout is designed to improve both visual and physical experience, making it ideal for daily use.

Study Area: Collaborative Comfort

Moving upstairs, a large home office is proposed to cater to three to five people. The space division includes one main table and two double-seater tables, with the double-seaters attached to the wall for maximum space utilization. A green laminate color is proposed to evoke a fresh and comforting environment for the working station. A modern ceiling design enhances the space volume and creates depth, contributing to a focused environment.

Master Bedroom: Personal Retreat

The master bedroom maintains a soft, relaxing color palette and wood laminate to nurture calm and emotional well-being. Soft neutrals in the bedding complement the wall, forming a restful and serene harmony. The bed placement maximizes walking space and creates a natural focal point upon entry. Functionality is personalized with a semi-attached dressing table to the wardrobe, providing a private area. The easy access to the bathroom improves circulation, and an additional display cabinet at the end of the hallway creates a gallery-like environment for easy access to belongings.
